Michael Keaton was an American actor, producer, and director, famous for his role as the lead of Birdman. He is a versatile actor who has the ability to perform both comic and dramatic roles. His work has led him to play a variety of characters who are romantic, and also in action thrillers. He was attracted to performing and acting when the age of his teens and tried his hand at stand-up comedy as young men. While his stand-up comedy was not successful it helped to open the way for his acting. Since he wasn't able to become an actor, he decided to become a television cameraman. When he was working in the station when he realized he actually wanted to be on camera. He was then able to secure a TV role, and he appeared in numerous shows in Mister Rogers Neighborhood. It was no surprise that he quickly became a popular TV actor. His early films his aspirations were high and gained acclaim for his comical role. The actor gained more fame when he played Batman, the titular superhero in Tim Burton's Batman. As a mature actor, he also began to venture into directing and producing. He received several nominations and awards for his performances in the film Birdman.
